What our warranty covers & how to claim

Our Warranty

Every Lost Gen Club piece is backed by two layers of coverage. You can read our full warranty policy here.

60-day breakage & defect warranty

Within the first 60 days after purchase, every piece is covered against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Breakage or structural damage (broken chains, clasps, links)
  • Visible imperfections affecting the piece

You're entitled to a replacement, repair, or store credit for the affected item. This applies whether the damage was caused by a defect or during normal use.

Lifetime warranty: tarnishing & discoloration

If your piece tarnishes, loses its color, fades, turns dark, oxidizes, or loses its shine over time, this is covered under our Lifetime Warranty, with a one-time replacement or store credit.

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to products explicitly stated as covered in their product description. If you're not sure whether your item is covered, check the product page or open a claim and our team will confirm.

What's not covered

Lost or stolen items are not covered under any circumstances.

How to file a claim

All warranty claims go through our warranty portal. Submit your claim there and our team will review it and get back to you.
