Checking your order status
You can track your order here anytime, or share your order number or email through the chat on our website. You can also
use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Order confirmations
You'll receive two emails: one when your order is placed (payment confirmation) and one when it ships (with your
tracking number). If you didn't receive your confirmation, check your spam folder, if it's not there, there may be a
typo in the email entered at checkout. Contact us with your name and approximate order amount and we'll help locate it.
Modifying or cancelling an order
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are processed (within the first hour after purchase). Once an order is
being prepared or has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you
need to make a change.
