Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also
track your order here anytime, or check your status through the chat on our website by providing your order number or
email address.
Please note: tracking often won't update until your package reaches your destination country and clears customs. Once it
does, it typically takes 2–3 days to be delivered.
My order is late or hasn't arrived
If more business days have passed than the estimate for your region:
1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or track your order here.
2. Confirm the delivery address on your order is correct.
3. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of that delivery date.
If the carrier confirms a package as lost, we'll reship it at no additional cost.
