Conditions
To be accepted, the item must:

Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use

Include the original packaging and any tags or jewelry packaging

Not have been personalized or made to measure
Sale or discounted items can also be returned within the 30-day window if they meet these conditions.

Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different item, size, or color, use the same portal. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item has a different price, the difference is charged or refunded accordingly.
If your item is broken, defective, or has tarnished, that's handled under our warranty rather than returns. See the Warranty section.
