How to return or exchange an item

Returns & Exchanges You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. You can read our full return policy here. Conditions To be accepted, the item must: - Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use - Include the original packaging and any tags or jewelry packaging - Not have been personalized or made to measure Sale or discounted items can also be returned within the 30-day window if they meet these conditions. Not returnable - Personalized or engraved items made to your request - Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Exchanges To exchange for a different item, size, or color, use the same portal. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item has a different price, the difference is charged or refunded accordingly. If your item is broken, defective, or has tarnished, that's handled under our warranty rather than returns. Refunds & timing

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You'll ship your return back yourself and report the tracking number in the returns portal, as we need it to process your refund.
