Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You'll ship your return back yourself and report the tracking number in the returns portal, as we need it to process your refund.
